Nemean Solutions is seeking a fully qualified Virtualization and Storage Systems Administrator – Senior. Work is located at Fort Huachuca, near lovely Sierra Vista, AZ. This position is shift-work.

Primary Duties: Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group ofcomputers running on one or more operating systems.

Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems.
Maintains the integrity and security of servers and systems.
Supports the GEFS3 by configuring, maintaining, and managing the virtualized infrastructure.
Provide Tier 1, 2 support to the GEFS3 platform.
Support and troubleshoot NSX.
Manage and support the VMware environment.
Manage, support, and troubleshoot CISCO FlexPod, including NETApp Storage.
Sets up administrator and service accounts.
Maintains system documentation.
Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.
Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.
Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.
May program in an administrative language.
Develops and implements testing strategies and document results.
Provides advice and training to end-users.
Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff members.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
Participates in special projects as required

Required Skill Set:

5-8 years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis.
Ability to support Shift work 365*24*7
Active Secret security clearance.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP).
Computing environment certification in VMware, CISCO, or similar technology within 6 months of hire.
